Where do you ship?
Valdé currently ships to locations within the United States.

How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock, non-engraved items will be processed and shipped out via Standard Ground within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).

When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with shipping details, tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site.

Orders to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and typically delivered within 5-14 business days.

*Please note inclement weather can delay deliveries.

Our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any Valdé product purchased at valdebeauty.com, please return the unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund/exchange. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

E-Gift cards and engraved products cannot be returned/exchanged.

To Request a Return/Exchange:
1. Email askme@valdebeauty.com with the subject line “RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST.” Please provide the following information in your message, so we can process your return/exchange and send you a pre-paid return label as quickly as possible.
-Order Number
-Date of Order
-Specify Return or Exchange
-Items to be returned/exchanged
-Reason for return/exchange
-Your Full Name
-Your Full Address
-Your Phone Number

A Valdé customer care agent will contact you within 2 business days with your pre-paid return label.

2. Pack your products into a box with the original packing slip and affix the pre-paid return label to the front. Valdé is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once your return has been received in the warehouse.
